Online Registrations. Our
current system is an online form that collects the registrations
in a database and emails a confirmation to the player/parent.
The registrar(s) have secure password access to the online database
and will match the cheque payment to the registrations and mark
them paid as received. You can also keep added information in
the database, based on your organizations requirements. This may
be positions played, shoots, team, etc. basically whatever you
specify at the time we set-up the database. All information can
be exported from the online database and downloaded onto your
local computer. You may also sort/filter/search the online database.

Online
Standings.
Our online standings program is unique in it's ability to have
the individual teams or any designated person, enter their game
results online which automatically updates the standings in
REAL time.. This removes a major part of the workload from
your convener and allows for much more up-to-date standings. The
convener has full online admin access so they can make any corrections,
flag games, add notes, etc. As the official game sheets arrive,
the convener can mark the game as approved. All games are shown
online plus marked as approved or not. The process is clean, simple
and fast while still maintaining the "official" procedure
and paperwork.

Website Hosting: Basic web
hosting for $95 per year. Keep game notes, practice schedules,
reminders for parents or players, whatever you need. No need to
keep phoning all those people, just post it on the website! All
team websites are part of the MinorHockey.Net address and will
be readily assessable via MinorHockey.Net
